Our client is a major player in providing services to the food and health industry. In order to grow their team, they are currently looking for a Team Leader Customer Operations Food.
As a liaison between clients and internal departments, you ensure a flawless customer journey
- You liaise with your team and the internal departments in order to plan, coordinate and execute the organization of the activities according to the customer’s specifications.
- In this operational role, you will also proactively manage and optimize processes and strive for continuous improvement.
- Through aligning with the clients on the planning and organizational aspects of the activities, you develop a good client relationship and enhance customer satisfaction.
- You accurately maintain and register all operations related information in order to ensure a smooth reporting and invoicing process.
- You lead, support and motivate a team of 10-15 employees.
Leadership and coaching skills to drive your team to success
- You have a Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent relevant job experience.
- Proven 5 years experience in a customer service/quality/operational or supply chain management function within a food related industry.
- In depth knowledge of the Dutch and French language as well as a good command of English.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach and excellent organizational skills
- You are analytic, rigorous and have an eye for detail
- You take initiatives and you are not afraid of deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, you have the ability to deliver customer-centric solutions
- Able to work autonomously you also enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams
