For the international business unit Frozen we are looking for a Technology Leader Packaging who wants to bring value in all these domains.Functie
Innovation generates impact
- You are member of the central R&D team, working closely with Local & Central Marketing, NPD, R&D, Quality, Procurement and Local Production Packaging Technologists in the local production sites in different countries.
- You support Marketing and NPD in finding the right packaging design and materials, considering operational, quality, sustainability and cost elements.
- You study several alternatives in packaging solutions (from bulk to single piece) from a technical, operational, marketing point of view resulting in a complete business case analysis.
- You support the local production sites in optimization packaging materials and packaging machinery to increase efficiency.
- You report to the Technology and Innovation Manager Processes in the BU Frozen.
Profiel
Hands-on project manager with an appetite for food packaging
Job requirements
- Master’s Degree.
- Experience in packaging technology (materials/machinery) is a pre.
- Fluent in English is essential.
- Willing to travel in Europe 40-60% of the time.
Competences
- Passion to set up packaging projects and knowing how to do it.
- Drive and personality to manage and build relationships with all stakeholders.
- Experienced in project management: challenged by complexity, getting topics prioritized.
- Flexibility and agility since you will work in a dynamic environment.
